Crescent Communities has an incredible product but also a Herculean challenge. In many cases, they must sell what's not there: an idea of community, a neighborhood that's yet to be built, or sometimes just a thought about what the larger community needs in order to be a thriving community. They need to keep promoting this idea as it takes shape (and changes), and they need to continue to reach people in a way that ultimately convinces them they are making the best (and usually largest) investment decision of their lives.

Masons Bend is a charming, riverside community built along the banks of the Catawba River. The land has a truly inspiring legacy, and the natural offerings of the area make for an extraordinary environment for a community. The neighborhood features miles of nature trails, an amenity center perched on a hilltop in the woods, overlooking the river on one side and beautiful new homes on the other. Our fully integrated campaign taps into every media, from outdoor boards to social media to experiential marketing, to showcase the beauty and comfort of this remarkable new neighborhood. The metrics and results have proven to be one of the strongest sales trajectories of any neighborhood for Crescent Communities to date.
We are all about making our clients’ dollars work harder for them. One of the ways we think we did that was by reimagining the groundbreaking. We believed this was an opportunity to drive home what the future development was all about—directly to some of the most influential people in the community. We worked with Crescent for experiential marketing activations that kept people riveted to our message and inspired them to leave the event talking about it. It’s the kind of influencer engagement and thoughtful strategy that we bring to life every day.
NoDa Brewing has now sold over 2 million beers so far and have become one of North Carolina’s fastest growing breweries, as well as one of the top growing breweries in the country. We finessed their brand by honoring the existing loyalty and not giving the brand a total overhaul, but rather a respectable dose of maturity and immaturity so it shines on the shelf and in the bar. By tapping into what we know about craft beer culture, and bringing a worthy personality out to go along with a great tasting beer, we have done more than helped a client be successful. We have done a small part to bring good beer to the world, and that’s a beautiful thing.
